Wonderful service. 3/30/2012

Because I am single,I am always concerned about getting ripped off when I buy tires. I previously had Michelin tires on my 2010 Camry, but could not afford to purchase that brand. Discussed the value of the Continental tires I was purchasing, and he assured me that I would be satisfied with the tires. more

Great Job 3/22/2012

I have taken my car here a couple of times now - each time they were very honest with what needed to be done and kept good communication over the phone. The car was also done way earlier than I had expected each time. Very nice people working the desk and on the phones. I am really happy I found a good mechanic so close to my house! more

A flat tire really put a damper on my plans therefore my mood, but I am grateful that I came to University Tire because they were so friendly and quick with their service, their positive energy rubbed off on me and made the entire experience so much better. more

I've had nothing bad experiences elsewhere when it came to tire repair. Mostly on my part; it just really puts me in a bad mood having to maintain my car. I had a completely different experience here. Everyone was no nice and caring, I couldn't stay mad at the fact that, yet again, I had a flat tire. I have to thank you all for doing such a great job. more

University Tire & Auto deserves every 5-star rating noted here. Steve and his team deliver quality service at reasonable prices. More importantly, they give you an honest and fair assessment of your vehicle's needs and even turn you away when they think you don't need to spend money on needless mechanical work. I recommend University to all of my friends and anyone else who is looking to work with an upstanding mechanic. more

I'll Definitely Return 1/3/2012

Great experience. I was having some problems with my tires -kept hearing these thumping noises when I drove. I walked in, immediately had someone check out my car - they drove with me so I could point out the noise I kept hearing, and a couple of hours later the car was ready. Prices were about average, not cheap but not outrageous. Also, I was considering getting all new tires and was advised to wait on the other two - I appreciated that. I was happy with the friendly service. I'll definitely return to this place. more

Got excellent service the first time I took my car in for an oil change at University and kept taking all my cars to them. They have been super helpful over the last couple years. They never suggested I do things to my car that weren't needed. I was told once that my car would need a new belt soon. I waited a few months and was reminded again that it was needed. At that time, I asked them to go ahead and do it. I've taken my car to the dealership for services and University is about half the price across the board for any and all services including brakes, transmission fluid flush and oil changes. Definitely recommend. more

Better Business Bureau accredited, only Triple AAA certified auto service provider in Oxford area, clean facilities, the guys there want my business and do a good job, its a no brainer where to go for car needs in Oxford. They will give you a ride to school or work in town! Pros: nationwide warranty on service/tires more
