Lied to me about what I needed done. 11/24/2011

I needed brake service and stopped here. The manager was curt and rude, not just to me but to another customer and a delivery boy. He said I needed new brakes and new rotors and the cost would be upwards of 750.00. The other customer in the store said, when Jerry went in his office, that I should get a second opinion. I was disgusted with the service from Jerry anyhow and I left and went somewhere else. Found out I DID NOT need new rotors, and the brakes cost me 413.00. Saved over 300.00! Jerry knew I did not need rotors. I will never go there again and I will warn everyone I know. more

The Best in Flagstaff 10/23/2010

Great local shop 6/11/2005

University Auto Repair is fair, competitive, and honest. We have been using them for anything from routine oil changes to major repairs, and received great personal service everytime. I never feel like my car is getting any more repairs than absolutely required, and I completely trust them to keep me safe on the road. more
