Universal Plumbing

I pray that no one ever has to relive my experience with this company . Unreliable and unprofessional are the nicest things I can say about them. They came out to my home on five separate occasions, two of which they had sewage sprayed from one side of my bathroom to the other. I had a three day old baby living next to this room , the stench of sewage permeated through the house so strongly we could not sleep in our room. They did come back to clean their mess the second time using our good towels to wipe up. We had to throw away all of our toiletries, magazines anything the kids might touch that could not be wiped clean with bleach. After the supervisor came out for the 5th time there was still no diagnosis. They were telling me the insurance company would not cover these visits, charging me $95 a visit as well as billing the insurance company. Conveniently enough the diagnosis that they could not come up with for me, they miraculously decided to tell the insurance company something bogus that of course they do not cover. We called in our own plumbing company that diagnosed the problem in a couple of hours, that just so happened to be covered by my policy. This is a great plumbing company. They go out of their way to help you out. The prices are very fair and for the service you get, very worth it. They fix the problem as soon as they can. When they are at your place working they treat you like you are their only customer. They are never rushed and they take their time to make sure the job is done right. more
