They were nice, responsive, knowledgeable. 1/25/2012

I was panicking over a possible bed bug infestation. They met with me, identified the bug (a harmless grain beetle), and gave me some valuable advice about bed bugs. We were fortunate that we didn't have to do anything, but if we had had a problem I would have felt very confident using Universal Exterminating. They were nice, responsive, knowledgeable. more

Universal Exterminating Inc. was great! We had a really bad roach problem about a month ago and called them up after getting quotes from a couple other places they were very professional and I knew they were the right people for the job the guys were very nice and professional all in all a painless experience! more

Peace of Mind 12/8/2011

Discovery of active termites is never a good thing for a home owner - and can’t be ignored. I had three companies come out for inspections and provide quotes. Of the three, Universal Exterminating Inc. was more thorough in their inspection and description of what needed to get done. I have peace of mind on money well spent for their services. I've let my neighbors know who to call. more

It is quite unfortunate when you have to call an exterminator for a bug problem, but that is exactly what happened here at the end of the summer. The team was helpful and gave me good tips to help prevent a recurrence of the same situation. more

No more nasty critters 11/3/2011

Shawn is the best of the best. He knows what he is doing and he got the job done right, I hired another company for my problem and with in a week these nasty critters came back. I called Universal Exterminating and Shawn came out and he did a great job and got rid of them and it has been 3 weeks already and I have no nasty critters. Thanks! more

Great service!!! Universal Exterminating Inc provided my mother with great service, I was out of town and my mother was house sitting/ dog sitting for me. When she went to go check up on my dog and house she saw some white insects dropping from my ceiling and called Universal Exterminating Inc. They went that same day and got rid of the termites for me and haven't seen any since and it has been a little over a month now. Thanks and I recommend you guys to friends and family all the time now! more

Shawn arrived promptly at 7am on Sunday morning and proceeded to exterminate the outside patio deck that was home for many years to carpenter bees. He was very thorough and informative about his procedure and promised a follow-up visit for the final applications. more

Reasonable rates 10/4/2011

I've never had to deal with pest control until we moved into my new apartment. Luckily, Shawn was easy to get a hold of, super helpful and appreciative of my business. We had a wasps nest on our front porch and after safely removing the nest, Shawn made sure there were no other trouble spots and did a full assessment of any pest issues around the entire property. Very reasonable rates as well! more

Preventitive 9/28/2011

Shawn was absolutely amazing. He worked with our busy schedule and went through our apartment very carefully, examining every nook and cranny for bedbugs. Finding none, he provided helpful cost effective measures to prevent infestation rather than try to sell us unnecessary products and services. I would recommend Shawn without reservation. more
