Oleg came on time. Professional, on time, knowledgable SCHEDULING: Verified the day before. Called before arriving, came ON TIME as scheduled as promised. Repaired an finished within a reasonable timeframe. PREPAREDNESS: Had everything he needed to finish the job, including the replacement thermostat part. Left the place clean. PRICING: Reasonable; my time is worth it These guys are my new appliance guys. more

Dryer repair 9/23/2015

I called them after the person who was suppose to fix my dryer said after three weeks" he couldn't find the part that my dryer needed". I was frustrated and with no dryer and two small kids on a Friday afternoon I was desperate. They send a technician in less than 2 hours. Gary was polite, nice and extremely honest. He told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate and told me I could save by buying a coupon on line. It is my belief that a great company hires, those who have the same ethics. Thank you Gary, my dryer is working great. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. more
