Whatever you do, don't give them your credit card number! They continued to charge me for months after written cancellation, promising to fix it over and over (& I was stupid enough to believe them), and a year later they still owe me $500! They have never returned a call or responded to written correspondence. Next step, small claims court. I advise you to seek a different location - though I didn't have better luck contacting corporate directly, so you may want a different company entirely. If you decide to try them, don't say you weren't warned.
