I will start with a owner that is a know-it-all and will try to sell you more then what is needed or required. He will give you a pretty good price to lock you in as a customer but when changes are needed, he will double the cost of any respectable company. If you allow him to monitor the system, i would urge you to look elsewhere. Monitoring prices have come down in the past several years and most companies will wave any programing fees and transfer fees.
