As I enter the United Commercial Bank at Irvine, their tellers would always give me a big smile and a warm welcome. The tellers are very professional, they would handle all my needs instantly!!! I really like the location of this branch too. It's located in a big plaza close by the FWY 5. It' is pretty easy to find a parking space around that plaza too. Oh, also the bank has an ATM machine so it would be really convenience for picking some money up. more

Excellent service 8/10/2005

Never have I been to a bank that provides such excellent customer service. They were fast and efficient. All their Customer Service Representatives are always friendly. They have a savings account that rewards you bonus for depositing a specific amount every month for a specific number of terms and they interest rates are pretty competitive compared to large banks!! more
