We called Unique Indoor Comfort to fix a leak from the bottom of the water heater. The water heater, which was all, needed to be replaced. Since we liked the company from previous jobs we decided to go with them to replace both our heat pump and water heater. Chris W. is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, answered our calls promptly and understood what our needs were. The proposal he gave not only made sense for our case but was also reasonably priced. The mechanics, Sam J. and Mariano F. showed up on-time every day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, respectful, careful with the house, efficient, clean and paid attention to details. We felt confident they were doing a great job and answered all our questions about the process and about how to operate and care for the unit. Sam J. went out of his way to make sure everything, even the water heater installed by another mechanic, worked perfectly. They also installed a wireless thermostat on the wall and I was surprised how clean their job was. They followed all Covid protocols very well (masks, distance, cleanliness). We definitely recommend them!
