THIS COMPANY MUST CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS! \r The reviewers are NOT the real reviewer because I recognize one of the emails of the reviewers - the owner or worker in the company. \r we used them once and they did not clean our house.\r Just spending 2 hours without working. \r The company does not have professional tools and used our vacuum machine - what a comedy.....sigh.... \r Seriously these people need to be put into a jail as somebody said to me - they register discount websites and put a fake 5 star review on their emails. People buy the deal and they get the money at once. Never do work professionally - it is like an elementary school boy walks around the house and pretends cleaning. \r It seems the way the company makes money. \r \r \r more

This is the WORST cleaning company ever. The owner, Derek Dambrosio, is a shady individual with questionable morale. He cleans in $400 jeans, carrying a $5000 back pack. How is a janitor making that kind of money? Aside from that, he left a mess from eating lunch while his co worker (a very trashy girl, wreaking of pot) BARELY cleaning my house. In one hour, she managed to clean my bathroom and vacuum. That's it. She spent a good portion of her time flirting with her boss, which is apparently OK by the companies standards, seeing as he just flirted back while shoving a BLT down a throat that you can barely see beneath his double chins. When I asked if she was going to stay longer to do more he said ""hey, you get what you pay for."" I was appalled!!!! These people have no concept of costumer service OR attention to detail. DO NOT USE THEM!!! more

Quick and efficient just how I like it! Difference of cleanliness is absolutely noticeable and the cleaners made everything from windows to bathroom sinks spotless. I highly encourage anybody that needs their home cleaned who does not have the time to do so contact Ultimate Cleaning. Its quick and efficient and you'll be coming back to a home without having to live with anything dirty around the house. Literally they cleaned EVERYTHING. I threw a party at our house. Cake and ice cream and party favors and thirty kids is a good time, but it's also a recipe for a huge mess. After the party was over and the smoke cleared, so to speak, the house was an absolute disaster. Usually, we do all of our own cleaning, but the house was in such a sorry state that we decided to call in some outside help.\r \r We had some friends who had used Ultimate Cleaning before and highly recommended their services. The guy who showed up to do the cleaning was polite, kind, and didn't bat an eye at the filthy warzone that was our post-party residence.\r \r The work was finished way more quickly than we ever could have done it ourselves, and perhaps more quickly than we could have imagined. The service was thorough and complete, and the prices well worth it. Our house looked even better than it did before the party; in fact, it looked better than it has in years.\r \r I can not recommend this business enough! more

Ultimate Cleaning is expensive, but they really do stand behind their cleanings 100%. Their customer service is top notch! I will definitely be using this service again!!! \r \r I hired Ultimate Cleaning to clean my home before my Halloween Party. I spent time on the phone giving detailed instructions about my priorities as far as what I wanted cleaned. The main reason for the cleaning was that I wanted my kitchen to sparkle. I also stressed that I wanted the floors and baseboards thoroughly cleaned. I told Debra that I would not have a problem if the cleaner spent all of the 2.5 hours in the kitchen. Debra was great and took down all of the information and scheduled the cleaning\r \r They arrived 5 minutes early. I briefly went over what I wanted done, explaining my priorities and they got started right away. I was so impressed with this cleaner!!! He worked quickly and thoroughly and got more done in 2 hours than the other teams have done in 3.5!!! He was pleasant and there was no chaos. He listened to what I wanted and boy did he deliver!!! Ultimate Cleaning has been cleaning our 2 floor (2 bed, 2 full bath) condo in Cambridge for about a year now. (We originally did it to ease some stress during wedding planning....) Here we are, 5 months post-nuptials and we cannot let them go! \r \r Ultimate Cleaning has been very efficient and helpful while they've been cleaning. I also love that this is a local business, not a huge organization (ahem, Merry Maids) with a reputation for rapid staff turnover.\r \r Notably, the team is also *great* with our golden retriever. The dog always seems happy as can be after a cleaning day (they even put his toys in his toy box). I've been very happy with them and strongly recommend Ultimate Cleaning to anyone looking for a *local* *independent* and *reliable* business. more

Bought a gilt coupon for cleaning service. Making the appointment online was quick and convenient, everything else was just that. The first appointment I had, they called twice asking if they could come early. I had to rush to get out of the house even though I had made an appointment time for a reason. The house was cleaned by someone who was ""training"". I swear the floors were not swept or washed. Stove and microwave were not cleaned, dust bunnies everywhere, cobwebs etc. I called and complained and received a second cleaning today for free. When the ""manager"" and a second woman showed up, he told me to tell me my needs and what I was not satisfied with. I told him the floors were not cleaned, the couch cushions were not removed or vaccumed, he said they would absolutely do both. Just came home to a house basically in the same condition as when I left it. I do have a camera in my living room set up, and did check in on them a few times. I saw the manager sitting on my couch once and the other times, he was walking around looking at his cellphone. Lots of talking between the two cleaners and barely any cleaning. NEVER AGAIN. I bought a coupon for cleaning because I am not a good cleaner....if cleaning is your specialty/job be good at it! more
