I took some boxing classes and some wrestling classes. In just 2 classes in each i already learned a great amount. the people that come to work out with you are also very helpful....

My complaint has nothing to do with the Gym itself, from what I have seen of it, the Gym appears to be a nice place. I was out with my small children and family at the Concord...

Awesome Atmosphere and Helpful People 12/24/2009

I took some boxing classes and some wrestling classes. In just 2 classes in each i already learned a great amount. the people that come to work out with you are also very helpful. the pricing is pretty good for all the classes you get to take. if you want to learn the basics then this is the place for you, but you can't stay their for to long, because there is no sparring. you can't apply what you learn without sparring. Pros: the trainers and the people you work out with are cool Cons: the only con is its average size, but the equipment is great more

Hot Tempered Employees 11/21/2009

My complaint has nothing to do with the Gym itself, from what I have seen of it, the Gym appears to be a nice place. I was out with my small children and family at the Concord 4th of July Holiday Parade. 1 Male & 2 Female Employees of this Gym, forced their way in front of our group and the surrounding families that had been sitting and awaiting the parade since well before it started. These 3 employees stood right in front of the children so they could not see. They were RUDE when we asked them to at least SIT down so the kids could see. The male was rude, practically swearing, threatened me and the woman next to me and said he was about to ""lose his cool"". All while wearing company uniforms, doing company marketing, during a FAMILY ORIENTED HOLIDAY EVENT AND IN FRONT OF CHILDREN! SHAME ON THEM! I HOPE YOU GET FIRED BUDDY! Pros: New Facility Cons: Employees need to Learn Manners more
