US Airport Parking

Wow, these guys act like their is no competition! They have an offer that they will match any competitors coupons. Their competitor across the street lets you show your coupon on your smartphone to get the discount, but just try to use your phone at US Airport Parking! They will tell you that coupons have to be approved by a manager (so you get to wait while they find a manager), then the manager will tell you that it's no good to have a phone, you need to PRINT IT OUT or no discount!! Dinosaurs hardly begins to describe how out of touch these guys are. If you suggest that this is not a very customer-friendly policy, get ready to be talked down to - the managers at this place don't understand who pays their bills! Suggest that you definitely park across the street on Tower Road, they really understand the value of their customers and US Airport paking has no clue. more

US Airport claims to accept customer coupons. When presented with an electronic coupon from Canopy Parking, I was told that it had to be approved by a manager. When a manager showed up, he said that the coupon needed to be printed out or it wouldn't be honored. When it was pointed out that Canopy accepted all coupons electronically, the manager informed me that its not that much trouble to print a coupon and he didn't see why I couldn't comply. I let him know that printing it out is an inconvenience when travelling and that it is not a customer friendly requirement - his condescending response was 'you sure seem to know a lot about it, good-bye'. Will NEVER park here again, the management is comprised of jerks. more

It's not too often you can highly recommend a business. This is a business that values it's customers. At Christmas time I parked at US Airport parking for the first time. I dropped off my car at there lot. There personal took my bags loaded them onto the shuttle and I was off to the airport in no time. When I arrived back at the airport after Christmas late (around 11:00 pm) I got on the shuttle and back to my car in no time. The service was polite and professional. Upon arriving at my car things went a bit wrong for me as my car seemed to have been the target of a squadron of birds. It was covered in bird droppings. I wasn't happy. The next day I wrote an email to Airport Parking. Mark the manager promptly answered my email and expressed that he was sorry that my car got hit like that. He offered me some free parking and offered to wash my car on my next visit. True to his word on my next trip to the airport I used there service. My car was washed (extremely well. I think they may of even waxed it). I was overly impressed that a business would go to this extent to make a previously disappointed customer happy. All I can say is that they've converted me to a lifetime customer. I now recommend them to my friends and coworkers more

Used to always worry about airport parking when I traveled on holidays - this place has free reservations so I don't worry any more. Service was pretty good - a little busy because of the holiday. more

You can make free parking reservations - unlike onsite, where it's the Wheel of Parking fate where you wind up. Reasonably fast most of the time, also. Pros: Lots of buses - fast to the airport. You can earn free parking if you travel for business more
