UPS Store

I've had a mailbox with them for over 2 years. Very convenient since I'm living in housing that isn't permanent, but plan to stay in the area long-term. No need to go through the hassle of an address change. Can also receive packages from any carrier, unlike a PO Box. Employees are courteous and always looking to help. Night key is handy so I can pickup my mail any time. I had packaged and shipped a computer through this location that was damaged in transit. Filed an insurance claim on the package, but getting UPS Insurance to pay up was like pulling teeth with tweezers covered in Vaseline. The owner of this UPS Store worked with me personally and was very helpful and persistent. Eventually everything was resolved. Only party I hold anything against after that mess is UPS Insurance. These complaints about spammers are completely irrelevant, unhelpful, and should be deleted (like spam). UPS Store has nothing to do with it and can't do anything to stop it. more

I send things from this UPS store quite often and every time I've been happy with their service. For those of you who complain about receiving spam -- UPS is NOT sending you spam, a mail box holder AT the store is. Businesses often have their own box at UPS stores. Why would UPS send you boatloads of spam?? After talking to the owner about the spam he explained I was not the first to complain and was empathetic. He also explained there was nothing legally they could do because nothing illegal was being done. While annoying yes, illegal no. more

I also have been receiving hundreds of emails from this 223 w. bulldog address, I have wasted precious time and energy trying to delete these emails. I have asked to be remove from atleast 50 of these advertisers and even wrote a letter; only to find out that this is UPS!!!! There has to be someone who can help us stop this harassment. UPS; I am very disappointed that you are allowing anyone to ruin your reputation. Cons: the cons are those sending these emails more

I live in the UK -- nowhere near Provo, Utah. But I receive a dozen or so e-mail messages a day, for everything from cleaning my colon to purchasing a fake university degree, that show the address of this UPS Store. I have tried to locate the spammer who is sending me all of this junk mail, and my research ends at the door of this shop. Others have posted that the spammer ""hides his identity"" using this UPS Shop address. I guess this is what we'd expect from some fly-by-night company, but UPS? I will certainly bear this in mind when I have a choice of courier companies. Do I want to deal with a company that deals with the spammers who are flooding my e-mail inbox?
