I hate going to the doctor's office with the lazy staff, and the waiting, and the referrals. It's a huge aggravation, so I wait a long time before I go.

Do not go to this Urgent care. The staff on the front desk are very rude. Doctors don't  greet you when they see you and don't even spend 5 minutes with you. It always feels like such a rush and, worse, they have misstreated me for the wrong sickness or treatment. Do not recommend. Best to go to UPMC urgent care or the emergency room. more

I'm amazed 9/26/2010
