Quick and quality service was provided at First Choice ER. The doctor was very friendly and thorough. Although we are hoping we do not have to return anytime soon, if the need arises we will definitely go back. Thanks! more

I took my husband in for stitches. The staff was so warm and welcoming. They were so attentive and friendly. Not only did they take care of him, they were always worried about my daughter and myself. I've never been treated with such kindness from any doctor or hospital before! They were amazing. more

I had to take my husband here on a Friday night and the staff was very friendly and efficient. They answered all our questions and were very thorough when looking for the cause of his symptoms. There was no waiting and we were in and out of the ER in less than 2 hours. We will definitely use this facility again should we need an emergency room again. more

Our precious newborn baby girl was under the weather, so we had to take her to see someone, I really don't like hospitals and its the last place you want to take a baby. I remembered seeing First Choice right off of Powers. They got us back to see the doctor before I even finished filling out the paperwork (which was only 2 pages). The doctor took his time, was very passionate and informative. We left there with a piece of mind rather then the whole ""shes a newborn, there is not much you can do"" kind of response. more

I have had two amazing experiences with the Colorado Springs First Choice ER. Both times when my husband was ill or injured. This last time my husband had been ill for several days and was not getting any better. When his temperature reached over 101 degrees I insisted we were going to the ER. We chose First Choice because we knew we would not wait 6 hours to see a Dr. like the typical ER in town. We barely had time to take off out coats before we were in a room and my husband was being treated. He is a heart patient so the high temperature was very concerning. First Choice will always be our go to ER, they are awesome! We walked out of there reassured, with a diagnosis and prescriptions know that he is going to be OK. Everyone treated us wonderfully and we felt well cared for. Definitely a 5 star experience! more

I became pretty ill at work late on Friday and tried to get into my PCP on Saturday but they didn't have the time to see me and wouldn't provide any medication without seeing me. I first went to Penrose ER but the wait was about 2-3 hours to be seen. I was then told about First Choice and decided to try that. I was seen by the ER doc before I had time to finish my paperwork. I needed a CT scan and there was no wait for that either. It is a very nice, state of the art facility. The staff was very courteous and professional. They also take all insurances which was also a relief for me. This alternative far surpasses a hospital ER in quality of service and time. On Sunday, the ER doc even called me to see how I was doing. I have never experienced that with a hospital ER. The hospital ERs you are just a number waiting to be seen and then released with no real personal interaction unlike First Choice. I would highly recommend this option if you need to be seen in the ER. more

First Choice Emergency Room was a great place for me. I recently moved and have no insurance and was having blood pressure issues. My niece recommended going to this facility and I agree. All the staff was helpful and informative about every step of the way. They are very professional yet do not treat you like you are a number but a person. more

I visited First Choice Emergency Room when I traveled out of state based on the recommendation of my daughter. They were very helpful when we called beforehand, and I was amazed at the very short waiting time and the skill and expertise the staff showed to me. I highly recommend First Choice, and look forward to their expansion to southern Texas. more

We have been to this ER twice now for our accident prone 2 year old daughter. We have never had any wait times, always saw the nurse and doctor right away, and they took their time to get to know my daughter and really see what was going on. They also didn't talk to me like I was a dumb parent. We will be bringing our family back to this ER for every emergency! more
