My sister and I went to shop at Two Feet Tall at Breckenridge's Blue River Plaza. It was cold and rainy outside, so we thought about buying some jackets for my kids. We go to Breck every August and spend lots of money at this store every time. My daughter and niece love horses, and I was thinking about buying some more horse clothing for them. The employee working at the time told us he had to go to the restroom and had to close up temporarily, so my sister and I left with our children, expecting that he would return so we could buy our merchandise shortly. We waited outside in the rain for him to come back, and when he did, he walked inside and locked the door behind him. We waited for quite some time for him to re-open the door to the public, only to wait so long that it was clear he was purposely ostracising us. Numerous attempts to get his attention were futile. My sister was gracious enough to walk in the rain back to our condo to get the car and pick us up at the plaza so our kids (infant, 2, 4, 5, and 8 years old) didn't have to walk/stroll in the rain without jackets. I had a sneaking suspicion that once we left, the store would miraculously reopen. Once we had our children loaded safely in the van, I went back to see if the doors were open. Sure enough, they were. I confronted the employee and I will NEVER shop at Two Feet Tall again. I have NEVER been treated more poorly. All we wanted to do was buy some jackets to keep our children safe and warm.
Pros: Nice kids clothes
Cons: Expensive, TERRIBLE and RUDE customer service
