This is a great eye clinic. I have had many problems with my eyes over the past 5 years and also had to move around a lot for my job. Because of this, I have been to several ophthalmologists in the past few years and Twin Cities Eye Specialists has definitely been the best. You don't have to wait a month for an appointment and you don't sit there for 2 hours before you are able to see the doctor. They are professional, efficient, and very friendly. I recently had LASIK surgery done at Twin Cities Eye Specialists. It's great - I can see better than ever, and I don't have to fuss with contact lenses and glasses all the time. The procedure was much quicker than I thought it would be and now I can see perfectly! Dr. Eilers was very friendly and clearly explained all of the risks and benefits of the surgery. I would highly recommend Twin Cities Eye Specialists. I was remodeling my kitchen and while installing a cupboard door a piece of metal flew off and hit me in my eye. I tried to rinse it out but it was still extremely painful, so I gave this clinic a call. They were very nice and worked me in on very short notice, and the doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor has zero appreciation for a person's time. He strolled in 20 minutes late for the first appointment of the day and does not apologize unless it is pointed out that your time is also important. The apology lacked in any tone of sincerity and he is extremeley rude. It is the most awful experience I have ever had and I would not recommned this clinic to anyone. IThe only polite person was his very nice receptionist. I would recommend her for a job any where. Eye doctors are plentiful and I can find an eye doctor that cares about his patients. The only criteria I had initially used for this clinic was that it is close to work and home. I would rather drive an hour to get to a better, more caring establishment, where you are not treated poorly. more
