I love coming to Twiggs! Every time I come in I am greeted and asked if I would care for anything to drink. I am then taken to the spa and get ready to have my services done. I love Kelly for all of my waxing services. She is also the best manicure and pedicure in the twin cities. I will not ever go any other place! more
