My tech was great! He answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my schedule.

Got tire rotated. Came back to ask Service Advisor why tire(s) making loud noise. All I got is "noise will eventually go away" without even checking out the noise.

Finally, Customer Service Improved! 3/17/2014

Was happily surprised how the customer service at the Car Service Center at Tuttle Click has improved, a lot! They have become more attentive, courteous and patient. Everything was explained well, even the benefits, the coverage of warranty, how much service balance we have, etc etc.. more

TOOK TOO LONG FOR SERVICE 3/17/2014

They took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change and in that time didn't rotate the tires. VERY POOR. more

warrenty repair 3/8/2014

I took my elantra to replace the driver side & the drivers side rear passenger exterior door handle due to chiping & peeling paint. The mechanic replaced the inside rear passenger chrome handle??? NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN!!!!! WHAT AN IDIOT!!! more

Don't assume an appointment means you get that time. 2/12/2014

After waiting in my car for 15 minutes for my 9 am appointment, I was told the appointment time only guarantees that the car will be seen today. A quick oil change turned into almost a 2 hour deal. more
