Everyone at Future Ford of Sacramento are so friendly and helpful. They really cater to your needs and help you find what you are looking for, not talk you into something you don't. Many of workers became my friends, not just people who helped me by a car. They have the best customer service skills of any car dealer I have ever been to and spent the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for! :) more

Experience with Future Ford of Sacramento was something I hadn't experienced before. most likely I wouldn't buy a car at the first place I go, but this time everything was different. They had exact truck I wanted and salesman Slavik Nester was great. more

Great car buying experience. 2/1/2011

Last weekend I finally decided to go and look at new cars for myself. It was 6 years after I bought my last vehicle because I totally afraid of going to dealerships. I went on google.com to look for reviews of different dealers in Sacramento area. Also I was specifically looking for FORD cars because they are the best right now. On Google I found FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO with almost complete 5-star rating. That was my definite choice. I called dealer and asked for SLAVIK NESTER because he has best reviews. My expectations were already good because of what I read. SLAVIK was very polite and even sweet on a phone ))))))) He invited me to take a look at my options. Notice: "to take a look at my options", not at what they have. I went there next day and it was true, FUTURE FORD really has very good selection of FORD cars both pre-owned and new. SLAVIK was great, and as his reviews indicate, his approach to a customers is different from car-salesmen that we all used to. Thank you SLAVIK and FUTURE FORD. Now I enjoy driving my new FORD FIESTA more

Flexible and accomodating, A+ 1/31/2011

I love my new Escape 5 stars for my salesman for going through so much trouble of getting this car for me, I had to wait a few extra days, but I could tell how hard he had worked to get the exact car I wanted, this is why I definitely recommend Future Ford Sacramento because they made me happy! more

Great Experience!! 1/28/2011

My husband and I recently went in to trade our old 1997 F-250 and two motorcycles in for a newer truck at Future Ford of Sacramento, my experience was awesome!! Slavik was our salesman and he knew everything about each car and truck we asked about and he was not pushy at all. We ended up getting a 2007 F-150 and are so happy with our purchase. Then a week later I decided that since we had bought a 4 door F-150 that I didn't need my Expedition cause that is two gas eating cars, so we went back to Slavik and I traded my 2004 Expedition in for a 2011 Ford Fusion. I would go back again and again for all my future purchases!! Slavik was so extremely helpful and we could call him at anytime if we needed any questions answered. Thank you Slavik Nester!!! You will be recommended to all of our friends!! more

FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO was always good with me. 1/28/2011

I have been using FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO service department since I first bought a Ford vehicle. QUICK LANE works always fast, and it is very convenient for me since I am always busy. A week ago I went there to trade my 2003 F150 for a new Ford. This time I decided to down-size because I didn't need a truck no more. Over there I met great and very polite person, Ukrainian guy, SLAVIK NESTER, who recently moved to the United States. He completely surprised me with his kindness and knowledge of American cars. SLAVIK did the best walk-around on a car, and I am sure that I never had nobody explaining to me how vehicle can benefit me and my family. Thank you SLAVIK very much. Also I want to say thanks to FUTURE FORD and FORD COMPANY in general for making such a great product like 2011 Ford Fusion. I enjoy driving this truly best in mid-class sedan. One more time thank you FUTURE FORD and thank you SLAVIK NESTER. I will recommend you guys to all of my friends and family. more

Fast and professional sale. 1/27/2011

Great people. Want to do business again. 1/27/2011

I use service department at Future Ford of Sacramento all the time. They have best people working there. Quick lane is totaly cool. This time I had to buy a car for my daughter. In service I was reffered to one of the sales guys SLAVIK. He helped us with selection and was very knowledgable about Ford product. We ended up gettin a Ford Focus certified pre-owned. Great car and my daughter loves it. I want to say big thanks to FUTURE FORD and SLAVIK NESTER for such a great experience more

Exellence is their level!!! 1/26/2011

I have had bought a car several times in my life. Today I went to check few dealers for my next new vehicle. Future Ford was my stop # 5. This dealership has best people working for them. They were nice and polite. Nobody even tried to pressure me into buying a car, at least I didn't feel that way. Sales Representative, SLAVIK NESTER, helped me in finding exactly what I wanted. He was polite and nice. Slavik thank you for all your efforts and your help. I recommend this place because everyone is so nice and helpful 1/2/2011

I was so happy to have had a great experience for my first time buying a car on my own! I was very hesitant about going because I've heard so many horror stories about dealerships, but my father told me to go try Sacramento Ford and as they say dads are always right! I met their Sales Manager and he was so helpful, once I picked the car I wanted, he introduced me to another really nice salesman, who then took me on my first test drive. It was very exciting and fun, I then went into finance, and the finance manager was really nice. I had an overall great experience thanks to the staff at Future Ford. more

Excellent Dealer, Compitent Staff 12/30/2010

I've been buying my cars from Future Ford of Sacramento for over 12 years. Their service department is always reliable and I always get my car back as promised without any surprise charges. But it is really the pleasant environment of the dealership that keeps me coming back! Very clean facilities and professional service. I've never felt disappointed or stressed out whenever I need to buy a new car and I'm very happy a great dealership close to home! I'll be coming again for my next car 12/26/2010

I always loved the idea of getting a new car since i graduated. however, after a lot of complaints from my colleagues, I started to have doubts. I went to about 4 other dealerships and looked at countless websites, but seeing Future Ford of Sacramento on the web I realized they had the best specials on the Focus so I decided to make one more visit. I made an appointment with their internet guy over the website for after work to check out the car I wanted. After the test drive, the car turned out to be exactly what I expected and since I already knew how much I was planning on spending, everything went by quickly and also saved a couple hundred of dollars. I definitely recommend this Ford store for a good car buying experience. more

Future Ford earned my business 11/28/2010

The sales staff are very professional and made me feel so comfotable with my new purchase. I bought a 2010 Ford Focus with very fair monthly payments. I expected to sit there all day because I came in during the time when they were swamped, but it seemed like I was in and out, the whole thing took a little over two hours, thats with the time I spent picking and choosing. I am very impressed with the service I recieved. Future Ford earned my business. more

No Pressure, Great Deal 11/8/2010

I have been looking at the F150 for a few weeks. I was visiting family over the weekend and came in to Future Ford. I had a great salesperson. No pressure sale. He work within my budget, met all my needs and kept me informed throughout the process. THe only thing I wish is that I lived closer so I could come here for service. My local dealer could not hold a candle to this place. Thank You Future Ford. more

My mom totaled her car so it was up to me to help her buy a new one. I had some experience with the service department, they changed my oil and did my tires and both times it was real fast. Frank did a good job picking out a car for my mom and the whole process ended up to be less than a couple of hours. I was able to give my mom her new car and move on with my life! more
