I would like to thank Dr. Turner's office for their professionalism and the time they take out to make your child feel comfortable. My child had a denist appt. for Sept. 8th and for some reason I thought it was Sept. 7th and that's when we went. After arriving on the 7th, the receptionist told me that my child appt. wasn't until the 8th. Instead of making us come back the next day, they took us in with no problem. Also on the last visit,which was my child's first visit with Dr. Turner's office, she was a little uncomfortable and "the parents" had to be called back in order for her to complete her cleaning (no x-rays). Well on this visit, she went back alone and "the parent" did not have to assist her this time. However, she did ask for her mother, but was giving comfort and encouraging words in order to complete her visit (cleaning and x-rays)...yea
It's very hard relocating but even harder to find the right overall care for your child(ren)all over again. I'm happy I was referred to Pediatric Dentistry of Spartanburg (Dr. Turner)and will continue my child's service here.
