WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I have been with Tru Green for many years, and they did an amazing job with restoring my grass to being thick, green and weed free! This year I received a advertisement in the mail from Turf Tenders and spoke to someone there and was completely convinced that they were better and cheaper then Tru Green, he told me he worked for Tru green in the past and he thinks Turf Tenders is better. \r
I paid in full, got the guy 3 accounts in the same day (including mine) and we started off on a good note! \r
The First application was ok, didn't see any difference... crab grass was everywhere and what looked like moss was growing as well with mushrooms, I was told from the moisture this year that's what why that was happening so I let it go. \r
The Second application some stupid person came out and sprayed the lawn and burned a bunch 6 foot patches of grass and then some small ones as well everywhere. I had green grass everywhere and large yellow BURNED patches everywhere from over fertilization!\r
The day before we had an evaluation done on the grass and Mark called me to tell me that the reason why that happened was because I wasn't watering the grass and because I had a diseased tree and the leaves that fell from it were causing the yellow grass. Never heard bulls*** like that before! I sent ALOT of pictures to show them the area!\r
Then then I called my guy who signed me up back and told him and he sent out the ""manager"" Andy to come take a look... Andy said it was because I cut my grass in hot weather and because the grass had a ""disease"". Meanwhile they people next door to me who filed for bankruptcy had nicer grass then I did... How that is, I have no idea!\r
After all of the phone calls back and forth for a few days I was told that Andy was going to come by once a week on his ""own time"" after work to check the grass... NEVER SHOWED UP ONCE!!!! Then when I called to cancel they said I never gave them the chance to fix their mistake, so I did... NEVER SAW ANYONE COME BY! When I called to cancel again, they got mad at me, giving me attitude, loud tone of voice and hung up so rudely! \r
They also burned thee other accounts grass and did nothing for the 3rd accounts grass, so we all canceled and hired Tru Green again!\r

NO ONE SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I""M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND I JUST CALLED AND THEY SAID THAT THE REFUND FOR ALL THREE OF US WERE NEVER PROCESSED... Hmm I wonder why?!?!?!? I wish I could post pictures on here to shower everyone what they have done to my grass! I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!! You will end up spending more money to fix it then you did to have 6 applications of fertilizer in the first place!
