Tucson Trash Haulers

Tucson Trash Haulers Recycling Services is a joke. We have called the office multiple times and WHEN they answer their phones the attitude is unbelievable - they could care less! We have been given every line in the book as to why our recycling was missed and our trash pick up service is spotty as well. Office staff are rude, uncooperative and never have we seen our billing adjusted. We try to be understanding when a ""NEW DRIVER"" is on the route but missing us four times in a row is no excuse since we call and give directions. We have been told to call the office back and let them know if our recycle/trash was picked up by the office ""girl"". How about this - why doesn't the manager go out and check? I hope this business shuts down. I no longer care if this Tucson Based business shuts down. We'll find someone else and I suggest you do the same. Beware of this company, their recycling services are a joke and trash pickup is spotty at best with drivers that do 35 mph in your driveway. more

Tucson Trash is just that, TRASH! The driver in our area is inconsiderate and dangerous. We live in a kid friendly neighborhood and the driver continuously races through the streets without regard to his surroundings. We have contacted the office many times and they DO NOT CARE. The office staff is rude and uncooperative in solving any concerns we have. They have no business being in business and hopefully will be forced to shut down. I will no longer do business with the company and suggest you keep looking if you are interested in finding a sanitation service in the Tucson area. I had to give a ""rating"" and ""Eh"" is the lowest I could go however it is too good for them!! more
