DON'T GO THERE. The store manager has no consideration for any of the customer's that spend their good hard earned money to take care and feed our pets. We have been doing business with them for many years after Frank the owner of 2 Bar O closed. When Frank and his family owned 2BarO, they knew how to treat their customer's, that's why we all continued to do business there.\r Now, we have to deal with employee's (Manager) that don't care and soon they will be out of business also. We bought one bag of feed that was full of bugs and worms, before we actually noticed the bugs and worms we had been feeding our horse this crap from them. I returned the feed to this store and told her it was full of bugs and worms and even showed her the evidence. She refused to refund my money because the feed was not in the original bag, if you keep your feed in the original bag's that how mice and pack rats eat it away. I store ALL of my feed for my horse and dog in a plastic sealed container- THAT WAY NOTHING GETS IN THEM. This manager even looked into her computer and saw that I had bought the feed, but she still decided NOT TO REFUND MY MONEY. SO GUESS WHAT?? THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THAT STORE AGAIN. SO FOR ALL THE ANIMAL LOVERS IN THE TANQUE VERDE VALLEY GO TO TANQUE VERDE FEED AND NEVER GO TO TUCSON FEED.\r more

I was very disappointed in the service and delivery of a chicken coop I bought. They cancelled two Saturdays in a row, leaving my chickens stuck in a bathroom enclosure. They were not willing to consider the animals or the inconvience to the customer (me). I talked with multiple people working there so it was not an issue of an individual not being considerate. \r \r I have had great lucky with Ok Feed and Supply on Ft Lowell and would advise folks take their business there. They are both knowledgable and respectful to their client base. more

I called to ask a few questions about our new goats and what would be best to feed them. The lady I spoke to was rude and seemed very put out that I was asking about different products and prices. I called the store next door 2 Bar O and they were WONDREFUL! They answered all my questions told me what the best options for feeding was and even offered to deliver for free! I will never call Tucson Feed again! more

This is a great store to shop. Lots of unusual items that you would find in an old fashion feed store. Large selection of holistic dog and cat food at the best prices in town. Pros: good selection and great prices more
