I took my car there to get an estimate on repairs. They looked at my brakes and left my lug nuts loose! Actually I think they only looked at my front brakes on one side, or else they would have noticed that I had uneven wear. I am suspicious that they may not have looked at my rear brakes at all. They also quoted me $90 to replace a park light bulb, because they said it was really hard to get to and they'd have to take off my front bumper. Little Germany said it's an easy job and they'll do it for $2. About the only helpful thing they told me was that my car needed new windshield wipers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
