Tualatin Auto Body

I hit a mileage posting sign this morning, on my way to work in my Audi, after sliding out on some gravel and over correcting. I immediately called my insurance agent to inform him the entire front-end passenger side was scraped and scratched from the bottom all the way up on my hood. He told me to take it to Tualatin Auto Body for an estimate since the work would be cosmetic and most likely about $100 more than my deductible. I went straight there as a new customer. They started the estimate and then Brent (the estimator) told me to bring my car around back. They cleaned it up, buffed it out and polished away what I was sure would be $800 in damage. They said I was lucky I didn?t cause any more damage and there was no charge. I was completely shocked and surprised. The guy could have totally screwed me over, wrote up a large estimate and I would have never known the difference. They are an honest local family business and I will definitely take my car there in the future for whatever problems come up. more

I've known the owners for many years. They have always dealt with me fairly and honestly. I got a tour of the shop which is clean and very professional. I was impressed with several high end restorations I saw as well as the cars being fixed after accidents. Additionally, the owners are very active in the community and support many worthwhile causes. more

I took my car in after a hit and run. They did a fabulous job. Will kept me updated every few days and the car was perfect when I picked it up. I will recommend Tualatin Auto Body to everyone who needs a repair. Nothing about my experience with them was difficult. Thank you Tualatin Auto Body!!!!! more

.I am rewriting a review I forgot to update. I was unhappy with a hood repaint and wrote a couple of bad reviews. The shop saw the reviews and called me back. They repainted the hood and I have to eat my words. The owner was down to earth and when I went to the back I had a chance to see some race car work that was not just everyday stuff.Knowing now that they are true auto fans and not just insurance driven I would trust them my work.Sorry about the late update guys. more

Well, when you have a body ding in your vehicle this is the place to take it. They do good work and very professional. Prices are good and they handle all insurance claims. more
