Spoke with someone in the office pertaining to my bill. Am not receiving the initial bill but always receive a late notice with additional charge. She told me that it must be my mail carrier not delivering it although they have several customers experiencing the same problem. Told me that she would remove the late fee this time but no more. Strange, but I receive all my other bills on time. The way I see it Truxton needs to check with their postal carrier if this is happening to more than one customer. And also, take some classes in customer service relations.
