I have used Trust Security for 20 years!! The did all the alarm systems at my office and they have also done the security system for my personal home. When there was a rash of home invasions near me - they came right out and re-evaluated my home - they came up with some great suggestions and not all of the cost money! Their monitoring costs are very reasonable. Their monitoring department is on the ball too! If my alarm gets tripped, I get a call within 30 seconds!!! more

Whenever I have any questions or need any assistance, I just call and I always get a prompt answer. Trust Security is the perfect name for this company! We have been with this company for a couple of years and our experience with the staff and owner have been excellent. Our alarm went off and we had no idea why so we called and spoke to a very nice young lady named Kandi. She said that she was not sure what the problem was but she would have the owner call us and see if he could trouble shoot the problem with us. He was very helpful and walked us through the problem and it was a quick fix. We were impressed that the owner took his time to do this.....he went the extra mile! Thanks Trust Security for all you do! more

Con Artists 4/13/2012

Please stay away from this firm unless you prefer to ripped-off! This company became a real pain in the A**(nuisance) when I tried to cancel my contract. I had patronized them for several years and only needed to cancel their services because I sold my house. I paid them on-time as agreed and was very surprised when they wanted to charge me an extra 3 months ($97) to terminate. Their representative name Kandi Coleman said that she would send me a termination request form but did so only after about 5 months. Then she sent the form along with another bill for an additional $38. I imagine for 2 extra months. The only reason I patronized this company was because the builder of my new home offer a free 6 months service with them. Apparently, they try to recoup the money once the customer attempts to terminate their services. What a rip-off as pure unethical jerks. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THERE IS A LADY IN THE OFFICE THAT IS RUDE TO EVERYONE THAT CALLS. MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND LOTS OF MY FRIENDS WERE WITH TRUST SECURITY AND WE HAVE ALL SWITCHED DUE TO THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CONTRACT THAT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. IF YOU SIGN WITH THEM READ THE CONTRACT!!! DO NOT SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY TO THEM BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE REFUSES TO CALL ANYONE BACK TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS, AND WHEN SHE FINALLY GETS ON THE PHONE SHE IS RUDE. I ONLY RATED THIS COMPANY A 1 BECAUSE I HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING. Trust Security has saved me a lot of headaches when it comes to the protection of my family. With all of the latest technology and the best prices around, I couldn't see going anywhere else. If my alarm goes off, they are on the phone within seconds. If I need to speak to someone in the office they are always available. Technicians are on call 24 hours a day and will come to your house promptly if they are needed. It is not everyday that you get the good old fashion service that you do with this company. I don't feel like just another account number, and that kind of service is hard to come by. My wife and I feel secure knowing our home is protected in the hands of Trust Security. more

Great Company 1/4/2012

I have been with Trust Security for over 5 years now. They have always been there as soon as they are needed, even after hours. I had to add their services to another house and this was done with no problems at all. If you call you will talk to the nicest people that are clearly there to help..and not to mention their affordable prices. Any questions that I may have are answered with only a phone call. I would refer anyone to Trust Security. Their name fits them right!! Thanks for watching over us for all these years Trust Security!! more

Trust Securities - read this before you sign with them 6/27/2010

Called to cancel contract within the timeframe before it automatically renewed. They never sent the paperwork - after several follow-up attempts and even sent letter again attempting to cancel they never did. Months passed - received a bill for over $200 for service after the date I had specified it be cancelled. Threatened with credit collection agency. Called again - I was advised it was too late - call collection agency. More time passed - collection agency called - I called Trust again - they refused to discuss. Collection agency advised there's nothing I can do but pay (other than court). Now bill is $260 (fees were added). This is an disreputable firm - do not sign a contract with them. I paid and this is my only way to pass this on to others so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Pros: Security system works Cons: Dishonest billing practices more

Customer NO Service 4/13/2010

Trying to cancel monitoring service with this company turned into a nightmare! Account reps, accounting staff, and operations manager have been completely un able to help, and have taken RUDE to a new level. I used this company for two years, and had issues with my system install, accounting posted my payments to the wrong account, and after cancelling service, have been billed for months!! I have called to get resolved to no availe... The one time my alarm did get tripped in the time I had service, the company never called to make sure all was OK. STAY AWAY!! From the receptionist to the tech to the service it has been just a wonderful experience for us and many others that I have referred to them. I called up wanting to cancel my service. The young lady that I spoke to was very pleasant with me on the phone. I got all of the information that she stated to me and was told about the policies around canceling the service. Got the form with the amount owed paid it signed the form sent it back. I had them install a new alarm in my new house. Great company! I will never use anyone else. Pros: great customer service more

I have spent a great deal of time researching and talking to the local security companies in the area, national and local. Most are just gimmicks to get into the home with the offers that are nowhere near what you will really need. With Brinks you never OWN the equipment,you pay to lease. ADT ads and offers are just the tip of the iceburg.I am in the home security field, a security advisor.I know all the local companies, their rates,their pluses and minuses. No one should ever fall for ""the package deal"" And, if you fail read and re-read the small print,you're trapped, its a legal document. I have had contact with Trust customers and hey all say the same thing about trying to cancel. Not berating them,just giving the facts. My job is to advise the homowner on their security in the home. more

the best custeomer service 12/12/2008

I called and had a very plesant conversation with the csr. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was trying to decide if i should go with them or another national company. Upon looking at all of the pros and cons of both I went with this company. The deciding factors customer service, a 12 month agreement vs 36 month agreement, 16.00 a month vs 35.00, same equipment. Best Alarm Service 12/11/2008

I just moved to the area. The house I bought already had an alarm in it. I called them I talked in length with the young lady on the phone she answered all of my questions. I was told about all policies from activation to termination everything was explained to me in depth she also made sure that I understood what she was saying. I called on a late on a friday to request service on a monday which was met the tech called then arrvied when he said he would he should me how to use the system I asked a bunch of questions he took his time in explaining to me how to use the system. I will not ever use another alarm company. Excellent service from start to finish. I recommend everyone to use this company. Pros: great customer service more
