Dr. Zaid is just awesome -- everything about her makes you feel comfortable. I had not problems with the office staff; they made me feel very welcome.

Worst

This place does not disclose their financial charges at all. Also, the doctors are terrible. Absolutly amazed at how they run things and the care they give. Anyone reading this...

I would have to agree 4/9/2009

Even though the first review was written in 2005, I think everything that person wrote is still true. Dr. Zaid is very kind, wise and highly competent. We've been happy with her care and decision making. I am consistently amazed by how rude her office staff can be, and how uncomfortable I am about calling there. You do get the sense you are 'annoying' and I have even heard the girls at the front desk making mean spirited comments about clients after getting off the phone with them... which is disheartening. more

The reviewer is correct about the office staff. They are unhelpful about billing and unfriendly . This is too bad as Dr Zaid is very competent and caring. more

Great OBGYN but office staff is rude/disrespectful 8/22/2005

I think that Dr. Zaid is a great OBGYN for anyone interested in a successful natural birth experience. She is progressive, "midwife-like" in her philosophy, respectful of her patients wishes, and very straightforward. She's knowledgable and supportive of birthing methods such as hypnobirthing. Her office staff is not at all friendly, respectful or customer-service oriented (the patient is always wrong/irritating)--also very prone to making billing and insurance mistakes. more
