Michael O'Brian is our Specialist....He is Very Thorough and Professional. He is also Courteous and Friendly and Knowledgable! Our Lawn is doing well even though it is winter time. We would rate Michael at a 15 if that were possible!! We have requested that ONLY Michael comes to treat the yard unless he is out sick or isn't able to be here. He calls ahead of time so that we can move vehicles out of his way. This was our request:-). It would be nice to have a few days notice from Y'all instead of less than 24 hr. Notice that TrueGreen is coming to treat the yard. Sometime the yard needs mowing or leaves raked up and less than 24 hrs. Doesn't always give us enough time with our busy schedule. All and All we are happy with TruGreen:-) May God Bless Each Of You and we Pray that you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior. more

It starts with soil testing to provide the nutrition your yard needs and a problem survey to recommend the services that address specific needs. At the end of each regular service you will be provided a summary of what was done, mowing and watering recommendations as well as situational recommendations; service personnel will attempt to personally make contact with you at the start and end of each visit. more

My lawn is looking 100% better since I started the services of Trugreen and my specialist are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very happy with their service, only wish some of the added services (like aeration) were included in the price I'm paying and not an added fee. more

I have enjoyed my TruGreen service. The lawn and shrub specialists are very knowledgeable and friendly and goes over what he is going to do, what I should expect and discusses any problems I bring up. My lawn has greatly improved and our shrubs, bushes and trees have also done very well. We are very pleased and will definitely continue with the service. more

Your specialist was very friendly and informative. He explained the grass we have doesn't reach for water and needs to be watered every several days. He explained the differences between the different kinds of sod for our area and how to maintain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from him and will follow his advice. more
