Wow, I made a trip from Palmer Lake to get an honest opinion and evaluation on my truck. I really appreciate the guys at the shop doing a good honest job. I got an oil change and a evaluation on a transmission line that was leaking. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. more

I have never had any problems with Troy's until this visit. I was told it would take about 2 hours to get my car tuned up and in fact it took about 8 hours. Also they forgot to change my headlight that had burned out but Tyler did go get the bulb and bring it to my house to replace it. Also he said because of the trouble I had my next oil change would be free. Thanks you Tyler. more

I believe the folks at Troy's garage tried very hard to fix my van's problems. It took a while and there were problems along the way, but they got it. more

Oil Change Dodge Durango 6/3/2014

So I live in Palmer Lake just North of Colorado Springs and drove down to have Tyler and the boys work on my Durango. My wife thought I was nuts or maybe still does.... But you can really trust this shop to do the right thing and not be taken advantage of. What a concept!!! Service was timely and friendly. Can't beat that! more

So I have to say how many people would drive from Palmer Lake down to Pueblo to get there car looked at ? Well I do. The great customer service and friendly staff that treat me like family makes me excited to know that environment exists in 2014. I really appreciate I take my car there and they do a great job on the issue I initially had and if there is a problem Troy calls you and tells you he can fix it. The price is very reasonable and the time frame they had my car was reasonable too. Thanks for being one of the good guys and I will continue to drive down to get my cars worked on. more
