Trojan Carpet Care

My neighbor had used Trojan Carpet Care and she referred me to them. I called them to clean my carpet and some furniture, and they did a very good and complete job. It's a very good service. They were trustworthy; I didn't have to worry about things being out while they were there. I just feel like they're a good company. more

I have had really good experiences with Trojan Carpet Care. Johan shows up on time, always seems to be available when we call, and always does a great job on the carpets. He is priced reasonably too. more

Excellent! Extremely reasonable price (best I could find), incredibly nice on the phone, and was even able to get appointment for next day. Technician, Louie, was very pleasant and professional. He even helped us move the rugs and a glider outside so they'd dry faster. After he was done, he asked me to inspect and assured me that I shouldn't be shy if I saw anything at all that could use a second work-through. I couldn't find anything! On November 2, 2012 i went down to the local church to see about getting some help with my home. I have been living in Belmar, NJ for the past 10 years and never thought i will live through any natural disaster that had the magnitude of Hurricane Sandy. Well back to the reason of my review I was introduced to Yohance and Trojan Carpet Care at the church and was told they were here from Ca to help people with their homes since he is certified in Water Restoration. My first response was no way you drove from Ca, so i looked outside and seen the Trojan van with Ca plates. So after hearing the story of how Yohance has family in Lousiana and how Hurricane Katrina had affected them I understood why this was so improtant to him to come cross country to help us out on the east coast. Trojan worked at my house for 2 straight days removing trash,debris and shoveling mud from the storm that destroyed my home. All the work that was done was free of charge (purchased lunch for all of them) this is the most Humanitarian company i have ever encountered. Im sure i will never see Yohance or Trojan Carpet Care again in my life, but i hope he can continue to be the great individual that i was blessed to meet. P.S. I also took a picture with him so i can never forget him and the worked he did. more

I will like to let everyone know that Louie did a wonderful job on our carpet. It's been awhile since we have had it professionally cleaned and was full of stains. Louie used a tool called the rotovac that was additional and it made my carpet look almost new, I will use Trojan carpet care in the future. more

With my daughter coming to visit this weekend i decided to rent a rug doctor and used way to much water on carpet. After 4 days and my carpets finally dry it had smelled and change colors on me. I found Trojan online and they came out the same day and corrected the smell and brought back my carpets to the original color. I wish i would have just called a professional in the first place, i would haved saved me some money in the long run. more

Louie just left our home and did a wonderful job on my travertine floors and staircase. My dog loves to lay on the landing and with her being a chocolate lab she leaves a nice stain from her coat on the landing. Thanks again Louie. more

I called Trojan Carpet Care at 730 am on SUNDAY MORNING, after seeing their great reviews on Yelp! to inquire about having our very large sectional cleaned---let me repeat SUNDAY MORNING at 730!!! Yohance was very kind and professional. He even came by our home to give an appropriate estimate. We were running late after church, and he very graciously waited for us...for almost half an hour. He gave a very detailed description of the cleaning process and, based on my experience with another company a couple of years ago, gave an estimate of a very fair price. We scheduled for Tuesday morning. I had to change the appointment to the afternoon. Again, Yohance was kind and patient. His technician arrived around 315 and completed the job in about 2 hours. Our sectional looks BRAND NEW!!! And smells great, too!!! The spots from spilled drinks, a secret dog pee (secret because my daughter didn't tell me until yesterday what the stain was), and all the smell from just a bunch of people sitting on our couch is GONE!!! I recommend Trojan Carpet Care to everyone interested in having their couch cleaned (or carpet). Heck, dirty something in your house JUST to get it cleaned by these guys! They do a phenomenal job. more

Let me start off by saying that this is the friendliest carpet cleaner I have ever had in my home. I have had pushy carpet cleaners in the past and my experience with Trojan was fantastic. I moved here from New York about 2 years ago with my daughter who is 7 and every parent with kids can see my concerns. Now to the cleaning I had 5 rooms,2 staircases, a sectional sofa and about 900 sqft of tile cleaned and it all came out perfect. I let the office know that I needed to be out by noon so they sent two vans with 3 technicians and were done by 12 thanks again Trojan Carpet Care. more

I stumbled on Trojan carpet care website while doing some searches for carpet cleaning. Being that I'm a ucla graduate I wanted to check out the enemy when I seen the word Trojan. After doing some research I'm very pleased with the service. My technician name was Louie and he was a gentleman, I had a few trouble areas that I showed him and he told me that he will give it his best effort. I will be using them in the future. more

Trojan Carpet Care is the greatest. They are quick responders, very professional & know what they are doing.
