Tri County Kitchens

25 years ago I spoke with 4 different cabinet makers who told me it was impossible to make a kitchen containing everything I wanted to have. Then I tried Tri County Kitchens. I met with Todd and Alice in their showroom and picked and chose additional things like sliding drawers and special cut cabinets. The best part is where Todd etched my favorite flowers (daisies) in glass and inserted the glass in the doors. Awesome to this very day. Unique. What made me so satisfied was the fact that Todd came to the house and really listened to everything I wanted in my kitchen. He never said any of it was impossible, but instead, offered up suggestions as to how it could all fit in. He even suggested we make my cabinets 3 inches longer so I would be able to reach the first two shelves without a stool! How wonderful for me! After 25 years, my dream kitchen remains my favorite room in our house. It has withstood the test of time and still looks great after 25 years of jelly making, canning, big parties and hard use. We are remodeling, so it only seemed natural to see Tri County Kitchens for suggestions. Again, Todd listened and offered up suggestions. My new counter tops will be on their way soon, and I can hardly wait to see them. Tri County Kitchens has my highest recommendation. Todd listens and works with what you want. The workers are efficient and clean up completely. Don is working with us now, and it is clear he listens to my thoughts just like Todd. They listen and do what they say they will do. What more could one ask for? more

It's been well over a year since my husband and I had our kitchen remodeled/refaced. I have always thought if something was not done right something would need fixed or replaced within a few months. Well it's been over a year and so far, so good. Everything still looks great, just has it did the day it was installed. The actual cabinets were in good condition but the they just had too many knicks, dings and scratches & something needed done. We also had our particle board drawers & glides updated to all wood drawers (they were falling apart) and alot nicer drawer glide. Our salesman Jeff suggested we add some extra cabinets which we really needed (thanks Jeff) which they matched with the same refacing material. Jeff our salesman was great, he was very patient, understanding and all of his suggestions were right on the money. The installer we had was super (he even fixed our front gate before he left). I had a couple of estimates with Tri County Kitchens being the lowest (and I even got those extra cabinets). If it wasn't for a friend of mine that suggested them to me I would have never known about Tri County Kitchens (don't get to Trafford, PA much). But I am really glad I did. more

When I built my house nearly 18 years ago, I could only afford the builder grade of cabinets that were offered. I was never pleased with the quality or the design of the kitchen. When I decided it was time to finally remodel my kitchen, I did alot of research and talked to family and friends and decided to go with Tri County Kitchens, and boy am I glad that I did! Their starting grade of cabinet is ALL WOOD and of better quality than some of my friends custom built cabinets! The cabinets, Granite countertops and the design is wonderful! They did a complete remodel, which included relocating gas lines and moving recessed lighting and refinishing my ceiling.......IN 3 DAYS and my granite was installed at the end of the following week! I was told by another kitchen place that the Granite installation could take up to a month after my cabinets were installed! more

Not only is it functional, it is gorgeous as well. From the entire concept and design phase with Todd and Danielle, to the choosing of the woods and granite, it was a process made easy and fun by Tri-County. Even my most difficult choices were handled with patience and guidance from the staff. The installers were great and very professional and all my questions were addressed immediately. What I wanted was unique and Tri county made it happen. My Tuscany Cookery is incredible and I would recommend Tri-County to everyone. If you dream it, They can do it! more

Todd and company did a beauitful job on our completely remodeled kitchen. The price quoted was the best we found! The installers arrived and finished as promised, they were respectfull and very kind as well as perfectionists. Todd, Anne and company gave us a wonderful kitchen and everything was handeled professionally with our imput and needs in mind. Todd even pitched in to help deliver the cabinets to avoid delay when a problem arose. All glitches and little problems I found were taken care of very promptly. I still find a smile on my face everytime I walk into our kitchen. I would highly reccommend Tri County Kitchens, they did a wonderful job! more

My husband and I used Tri County Kitchens to remodel our kitchen. The entire experience was great. Todd (the owner!!!) came to our home and measured our old kitchen. He spent time asking my husband and I what we wanted our new kitchen to look like. In no time at all we received a call to come into the store to review the plans and computer drawings of our new kitchen. We were shocked!!!!! It was a total transformation. My 1948 style kitchen would now become a modern day showplace! We were given a date for the installation and we were not ready to have the cabinets installed. (My husband had hurt his back and we needed some time for him to get better before the work could continue....no reflection on Tri County Kitchens!). That was no problem. Another date was selected. On the day of installtion the two installers, Steve and Dan, arrived early! In the world of construction and remodeling seldom do the workers show up early. The installers even stayed late that day to finish the job for me. Talk about service!!!!! Pros: Great company including owners, office staff and installers Cons: Only have one kitchen to be remodeled! more

Our kitchen refacing did not go as smoothly as we had hoped and planned. We had issues with scheduling, with the kitchen refacing material used, and were not happy with the level of customer service provided. Based on our personal experiences on the project, we will not be using Tri County for any future projects. more
