This was the first time we have purchased a new camper. So glad we went with Tri City Rv. The fact that this business is family owned and operated, was very important to us. We were very pleased with the process. We even got a orientation on how to use our new camper! Very helpful, and was ready to answer all questions when asked. Service department was a great help in showing us how to hook up the camper to our truck. The customer service is amazing here, and they really have a passion for what they do. more

Great location 1/9/2012

We stop here to get our lp filled for our gril, pickup firewood, and have our rv serviced. One stop shop! Also great location, they are on our way home. When we go up north, and if we need service done we can drop it off on the weekend before we head home. Don't need to worry about hauling it back to get serviced.
