I have been a loyal customer to Kelly's nails for 3 years. They have offered the best prices with quality over many other salons I've been to within the last 5 years. I only had to tell them one time how I liked my nails done, and they've remembered ever since. Very accommodating, nice place. Highly recommend if you live in this area of town.
