I went to get my highlights and low lights roots done and they messed up my hair so bad. The beach was left on too long and some of the color spotted my highlighted part. The bleached or highlighted part looks orange in some parts and white in others and there's no rhythm or reason too the pattern they used. Its a mess and I look like a cheetah. Not a cute cheetah more like one that's been abused. The instructor didn't charge me and set me up to get it fixed by another student but I'm going to a real salon to fix it. I'm not willing to play Russian roulette with my hair anymore. If your trying to save a buck just go to a real salon. Trend S wanted to charge me just as much as a salon quoted me to try to fix this mess. I plead with you don't you for highlights or color! more

great place to get horrible cut 6/21/2009

don't ever consider cut your hair over there eventhough it's cheap. Your hair worth a lot more than that. The stylist decide everything. I had long hair almost touch my waist, they cut it above my shoulder with reason my hair is not healthy. Pros: nothing Cons: too much to say more
