These people don't know what they're doing and aren't capable of performing anything more than an oil change. Also, they're careless. I took my car in for an oil change and they didn't replace my battery cover properly, so when they shut the hood, there was a bubble around the cover. It was obvious the hood wasn't flush with the body, but they didn't even notice, or noticed, but didn't care. Luckily there's only a small dent on the inside of the hood that isn't noticeable from the outside. There are several better places in the area to bring your car. This is the land of the lost!! more

Terrible Service! Within the past 2 weeks, both my step-daughter and a business associate have taken their vehicles to this Tread Quarters (previously Colony Tire) for a simple oil change. Both cars leaked oil after the oil change. One had a loose oil filler plug. The other a loose oil filter. Both cars lost quarts of oil and these leaks can be easily missed by owners not parking on their concrete driveways! These engines COULD have been ruined. Obviously, supervision, at a minimum, is needed! more

STAY AWAY FROM KDH COLONY TIRE!!!!!!!! 1/7/2011

BEWARE!!!! These people will rip you off in a heart beat! Took my car in for a new water heater - got the car back and it started overheating and heat inside car would not work. Took it back to them twice in 2 days, first time they told me nothing was wrong 2nd time they told me I needed a new radiator and possibly heater core. I purchased $5 flush system & new antifreeze and had problem fixed in two hours for $21.00 with the help of a friend who is a mechanic. Also when draining my antifreeze we saw that they never changed it as was stated on my invoice from them - most likely they drained the old and put the old back in. Tried getting money back but the owner Bill refused saying his mechanics didn't mess up my car - well, my car WAS NOT overheating and the interior heat worked fine before they got their hands on my car so you do the math... more

Dirty Thieves, literally. They stole things. 8/7/2010

Took my car in for new tires, left it there for several hours and they stole over $300 worth of equipment from my car! DON'T EVER GO HERE! more

Colony Tire - awful 8/29/2009

the worst place you can go!!!!!!!!!!! never go there!!!!!!!!!!!! they are not fixing your car, they are ripping you off!!!!!!!!!!!! after every visit(i've been there 3 times) i would have more and more problems with my car. i am not coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

They are known as a 'tire company', but are actually much more. They have a good service center with several bays. They do good work in a timely manner. They have good brands of tires too. more
