This is one of the most unorganized chains I have ever stayed at. Reservations were canceled, placed in a Roadway inn on the same property owned by this hotel. Unhelpfull staff, dirty rooms(bodily floods on comforter), unauthorized billing on credit card, internet and phones worked half the time. Plumbing substandard (toilets in both rooms we had were stopped up, grounds trashy, Night clerks friends hanging around in lobby late at night. When I questioned the owner about these concerns he replied ""talk to the manager at 3pm"" and told me to leave the lobby because he didn't want to hear about it. Now this is no way to treat a customer, unless you've already been paid the entire amount of the stay. I travel 20 days amonth and this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I've filed complaints with the Travel Lodge corprate office and Reno BetterBusinessBureau inwhich they already have an unsatisfactory rating. Stay clear of this slum motel, it should be rented by the hour instead of the day.
