I booked a reservation through Orbitz to stay here 11/3-11/4 of 2011. Upon arrival, we were greeted by vagrants in the parking lot who continued to hound my wife and friends while waiting in the car. Check-in took 45mins because they could not find our reservation. Finally, they found it and the guy who walked us to our room did not even have shoes on. The room was completely filthy from the carpet to the beds. The aroma of the room was not good. We refused to stay there and ended up staying at Holiday Inn down the street. Called Orbitz to issue refund and they said hotel had to call and issue it to them. Manager Asha said she would call and issue it to Orbitz. She only issued one night and I am still in conflict over getting the rest of my money back from this hotel.
