Travelodge Everett Mall

Seemed to be the local ""drug motel"". As I came to check in, a tiny asian woman (im guessing the owner) was yelling at the clerk who hadnt even put her items down after walking in the door to start her shift. What a great way to start your day! Total and complete disrespect. Poor lady, if I was local, I would have offered her a job and took her out of that hole. The clerk was quite friendly and helpful, I'm sure it couldnt be easy to concentrate on her job after being scolded for what sounded like the previous clerks mistake. The owner walked around with a rude look on her face, hair frayed, clothes hanging off her anorexic body...looking haggered. Couldnt crack a smile if her life depended on it. more

To Whom It May Concern: We recently stayed at Travelodge Everett Mall 9602 19th Ave Se Everett, WA 98208. This is an older property and we had stayed with them in several years ago. The Owners of this Motel could not be more helpful. We had the pleasure of staying two nights and in doing so met three different desk staff. They were not only very pleasant also went out of their way to help us. My wife is severely ill and I needed to have our daughter stay with us the second night. By making a phone call to the motel all was arraigned and a supply of additional pillows provided. The Property is older but well maintained and clean. It is just two doors down from a great steak house and just across the freeway from The Everett Mall. The staff was able to give simple directions of a short cut to down town Everett and avoid all freeway traffic, what great kid?s. By the way we will no doubt stay with these folks again.
