I had a late check in, which I noted on my reservation I made through the Travelodge website. The woman at the counter was friendly when I got there at around 11 pm. Since I had my printed confirmation there was no problem. Yes the hotel is on the old side, but most in San Antonio are. As a woman traveling alone I felt much safer coming and going from this hotel than I did when I stayed downtown and parking was free and convenient at this hotel. The location is great, a little hard to find the first time, but convenient to the highway and lots of restaurants. Should I travel to San Antonio again I'll stay here again. more

Nice and Clean 7/12/2011

The hotel rooms are very nice and clean and I felt comfortable. The continental breakfast was great because we were in a hurry that morning and it was great that we didn't have to stop somewhere else and grab something. When we visit again we will be going back to you guys. Thank you more

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff members were mostly helpful. They also serve continental breakfast and have a free coffee machine available in the lobby. more

Definitely met my needs 6/8/2011

My stay was very comfortable and convenient. Free continental breakfast in the morning, free parking, free internet.. The woman working at the counter assisted me to where I needed to head to that day, and also included maps so I wouldn't get lost. You couldn't beat the price compared to most hotels and inn's. They definitely met my needs. more

Clean Rooms 6/6/2011

I could not have been happier with my stay at the Travelodge Inn and Suites! I thought my room very clean and I loved the continental breakfast! For the price, I feel like this is the best hotel in the area. I know that whenever I'm in San Antonio again, I will definitely be staying at this Travelodge! more

Cozy Rooms 6/2/2011

My first stay here at the Travelodge Inn and Suites was definitely enjoyable. My room couldn't have been better. It was clean, cozy, and had free wi-fi for when I wanted the check the news on my laptop. Plus they had a jacuzzi for me to relax in after my long day touring the Alamo. Their staff was helpful and very friendly. I know I will be staying here next time I am in the area. more

Great service 5/27/2011

I cannot say enough kind things about the helpful and friendly staff at the travellodge. Our room was ready, clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was fresh and filling. I might add that they had a free gourmet coffee machine available 24 hrs in the lobby that was the best coffee in all of San Antonio. I really appreciated the staff going the extra mile and printing out our boarding passes for the following day. That was very helpful and they didn't have to do it. I would not think twice about staying there again or recommending it to someone else. They made you feel like family. more
