My family has taken our pets to Dr. Christensen for about 8 years now, and he is absolutely the best vet that we've ever seen. Just today he helped us with the passing of one of our cats that was suffering from a very aggressive tumor. During a procedure on Friday to remove an infected tooth, he found a very large tumor in our cat's jaw. He immediately called and asked what we would like to do. We chose to take our cat home to spend one last weekend with her. Then this morning he came to our house and helped put her to sleep. It was far less stress for her than to endure another drive in the cat carrier. He's been an absolutely amazing vet; often going above and beyond what would normally be expected. I can't recommend him enough. more

Say "Goodbye" 5/6/2010

We were forced to put our dog down one Tuesday, our regular vet was already closed. Thought we could wait.... but no..... so our sister-in-law's mom uses them.. Dr. Hewitt, actually.. so we called... she took us in and was so nice calming.. & sympathetic to our sadness in having to put him down at that time. We truly appreciated her time & patience with us.. she was also very good with our pet, she talked to him... praised him.. after all was said & done... she had sent us a sympathy card. Something our regular vet didn't even do... and we had been going there for more than 12 yrs.!! This hospital isn't that close to us... but when we do get another dog......... SHE WILL BE OUR VET..!!! more

Highly recommend 10/28/2008

We've been taking our family pets to Tranquility Vet Clinic for 26 years. Since Dr. Hewitt joined the practice many years ago we often request to have her see our pets. She is always ready to answer all of our questions and our pets are comfortable under her care. We have never considered using another Vet Hospital. I have referred many friends to Tranquility and they have all been very satisfied with the quality of care their pets receive. more
