The staff at Trademark talk a great game, actually they talk an awesome game. They will promise you the sun, the stars, and the moon too if you like. I dealt with J.R. and George. Based on their great ""talk"" I signed up with them for online marketing and agreed to fees like $130 an hour for research (I wish I was kidding but I'm not) plus a bunch of other fees. I wrote them many checks over a period of several months and racked up more fees (and more fees). They told me it was going great. One day a friend of mine who works there stopped by and told me (off the record I'm guessing) that I should stop working with them immediately as I was basically paying money for nothing and getting no results (and wouldn't be getting any results in the future either). I hadn't seen any results yet but I was told by Trademark to ""hang in there, it takes time"" (meanwhile why don't you write us another check buddy). Soon after that I got a phone call from the owner, Travis, screaming at me over the phone that I better send them more money immediately. I finally got everything resolved after writing some more checks to their very, very rude collections company. All in all, I wasted a lot of time and a lot of money for absolutely nothing whatsoever. Valuable lesson learned I guess. Like I said they make a lot of promises, charged ridiculous fees ($130 an hour for research that was completely wrong, not just one hour but many hours) and if anything goes wrong they scream at you. What a nice company.
