I've always had a GREAT experience with Trademarc. Please don't pay any attention to the negative reviews, seriously they are way off base. Some of the best photos of my sons have been taken by Marc. more

Marc took his first picture of our kids when they were 9 months and 2 1/2 years old, and he has consistently delivered the most memorable photos every year for 12 years now. I can't say he's never taken a bad photo of us, but that certainly isn't his fault! You know how hard it is to get everyone smiling and looking good in a family portrait? Well, Marc delivers, even if he has to do a little ""studio magic."" Thank goodness we have his photos from the years, and not the junk that is offered at our school. They may be cheaper, but I wouldn't want them on all of our friends' and family's refrigerators like we do with Trademarc's. more

I am shocked by the negative reviews of this business. We have worked with them for 4 years and have never found anyone better! Since changing schools we have had nothing but unacceptable and disappointing Lifetouch photos of our otherwise charming and photogenic child. We are trying to get Trademarc in to our new school to provide all school picture services. Trademarc's speciality is taking photos of children with natural smiles. The owner focuses on getting them to laugh and be themselves and the results are simply to be cherished. He has never taken a bad photo of any of our children or our family and we also use him to take our family portraits. We laughed when we opened our Lifetouch photos. I have never seen worse. Trademarc is not a corporate, commodity based portrait company. If you want your child's personality to come through in photos, you cannot go wrong with Trademarc! more

This guy was an absolute jerk. He was incredibly disrespectful to everyone in the room. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in the service industry seeking my business. I certainly will not purchase his overpriced packages and support such atrocious customer service. more

trademarc took my daughters photos at her school this fall. After much review of the proofs and packages that are available I cannot justify paying those prices for ok quality. Pros: has nice fall background ok quality Cons: packages are priced out of Trademarc League more

Trademarc took the school pictures at my daughter's school and they are absolutely beautiful! Our package inclues black and white photographs that are just stunning. I would highly recommend this company for their quality, professionalism and reasonable prices. I would suggest that the one poor review be disregarded as someone complaning because she did not get her way. more

i have to say that i have never had the best care taken of my family at picture time. so kind and so professional. took the time to capture the best pictures. offered so many choices. the best is well worth waiting for. i would recommend trademarc highly to anyone seeking only the best. i believe you truly have to have a gift to do what marc does. he has taken pictures for my children and my family for years and believe it or not, it gets better and better. thank you marc for all your work!!! amey Pros: the best friendly service Cons: only have 1 opportunity a year. more

i have moved to new york and was looking for some old pictures to have reprinted from trademarc and stumbled on this site. i was unsure why someone could write such a hateful review. i haven't had a good picture since we were in colorado springs. trademarc is the greatist and is missed greatly!!!!!!!! I ordered packages from Trademarc for my son for a couple years at his preschool. On one package near the beginning of the year, they gave him an extra tooth looking mark on his lip, so I asked for a reprint. They did and fixed the mark, but removed his freckles! Instead of a refund, I asked for credit on the next photo packages from pictures taken near the end of the school year. Everyone else picked up their photos and I had a refund check instead. When I called, the owner said, ""Under the circumstances, we are choosing to not do business with you. We have 25,000 clients."" There was no logical explanation for this attitude, as I have purchased over $300 worth of photo packages before and had one little legitimate complaint. Very poor way to do business and did not even have the courtesy to discuss this with me. He was also dishonest - tried to cover up his behavior by later lying to a third party, accusing me of theft; he said I did not return every photo in the package he messed up. Why would anyone take a flawed and poor photo? Avoid this unprofessional at all costs if you want anything resembling decent customer service and well done photos.
