Trademark stated certain repairs needed to be completed to fix a roof leak. However, the leak did not go away and overtime resulted in major interior damage. When I had other vendors to come out for quotes, they basically stated that the work which I thought Trademark had done in reality had not been done. This came from 3 different independent vendors.
Pros: Responded quickly to my post for a roof repair
Cons: Did not complete agreed repairs.
