We ate here on a Monday evening while sking during spring break '08. Family of four. We checked out the place at 4:30 and it was empty, fairly busy when we came back at 5:45 and were able to get a nice table right away by the window. OK atmosphere but comfortable. Kids had burgers, wife had a bowl of soup and I had the walleye. Burgers were burgers (no big deal), wifes soup was good and my walleye with wild rice ($20) was excellent.
Service was weak. I got my salad along with my entree. Was never asked if I wanted a second beer and was slow in getting the check and paying.
Another thing that bugged me was that during the meal some kids came in the back door, off the deck, letting in a blast of cold air and wiggled their way through the patrons. Evidently this was their short cut to where ever they were going. Lock the door or at least just have it as an exit only.
Pros: Good Food. Available seating
Cons: Service
