Great Service dept & support staff 3/18/2014

3rd time was a charm setting up the 5k mile Toyota Care service. Got there at about 8:30 & met Richard who is an excellent ambassador for the dealership - went across the road to Starbucks - talked to a very pleasant sales person when I got back - went to the waiting area, opened up my laptop - spent about 10 minutes and was surprised to hear the cashier calling my name! I don't think it even took an hour. Got the car back CLEANER than when I brought it in. Got a chocolate/chocolate donut for the trip back. Couldn't have gone smoother! Thanks to everyone. more

the service & care 3/15/2014

I my dash board camera comes on whenever the key turns on or anything moves. I got to see, by a curved safety mirror in the shop, the service men working - in, under and around my car. Looked good more

All good. Pick up, service advisor, time to complete. The only complaint is your free car wash is marginal. Lots of residual dirt, streaks. Go back to free certificates. more
