Richard Goetjen is the best service writer! Only recommends the work you need. Very honest and caring. Craig Hicken (technician) knows Toyotas inside and out. If there's a problem with my car.... Craig is able to diagnose and fix it "right" the first time. Saving me valuable time and money$$$. more

Fast, Efficient, and Professional 1/1/2015

Every Toyota in my area wouldn't take my car to be serviced for its recalls because it's a busy time of the year but John Appel was able to help me out. He also informed me of another recall that I hadn't been notified of yet and took my car right away. He explained exactly what alll of the recalls meant and what was done to my car. The service was also completed 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time and John was nice enough to give me a call to let me know. more

I have been going to Toyota of Huntington Beach for service on my Toyota Corolla S during the past 5 years. I really liked the excellent and prompt service the Service Department has been provided there. During my recent service visit, my service advisor was Omar. He was very professional and helpful. It only took 50 minutes from the time I arrived to the time my car was ready to go. Wow! Now that was the fastest time I ever had at Toyota of Huntington Beach. Everything that I had asked Omar to note down for the Service Technician was completed efficiently. He even remembered to ask for my email address; so that if I don't receive the coupons by regular mail in the near future, I will receive through my email. Thank you very much Omar and Toyota of Huntington Beach Service Department for the excellent service you all have been doing. more

Happy Grandma 12/30/2014

I am a 69 year old woman who knows nothing about cars. Thank God, Robert Esparza does. He quickly fixed the brakes. The service department took care of the 2 recall items and I now feel completely safe in my car. I am new to the Orange County area and I will now call Toyota of Huntington Beach my safety net more
