Excellent customer service 4/30/2015

Took my 2012 Camry Hybrid in for a 30k service. Service Advisor John Appel provided thorough explanations and expectations, and the shuttle driver was personable, as was the cashier too. I'm sure there are cheaper places to service my Toyota, but the service department at Toyota of Huntington Beach has not failed to meet my expectations service after service. more

I never used to like to have my car serviced at a dealer as in the old days they would pressure you or "up-sell" on other add ons. This dealership is great. They do your service as you ask and don't try to sell you anything else. I have always been treated by their service guys with courtesy and professionalism. Thanks for making it easy to have my car worked on or oil change! more
