've had the worst experience. I negotiated a price on a new Prius over the phone/internet with their Fleet Manager, Mike Frasca. Throughout the process, I'd ask questions and he'd claim he didn't know how the system worked, was trying to respond but couldn't figure out how, etc.
Anyway, I get to a place where I am satisfied and an agreed upon price. Before I go into the dealership, I ask Mike to email me the full sheet of specs on the vehicle. (A few of the car buying tips sites say never to go into a dealership until you have the price, VIN and full specs (including car mileage) in writing before you go in. The next day comes and goes and there's no email from Mike. I send a message and don't hear back.
Meanwhile, I'm getting non-stop follow-up calls/emails from the other dealerships I reach out to. When no email arrives by midday on Saturday, I take another offer (at a higher price).
Cut to Monday -- Mike calls/texts asking me when I am coming in for the car. When i tell him he lost the sale b/c he didn't respond to my request, he calls me a liar. After we hang up, I start getting offensive/sarcastic texts from him, accusing me of being inconsiderate and a liar. I finally had to call Bosko, the sales manager (who was awesome, btw) to get Mike to stop texting me
I can't speak for the rest of the dealership, but stay away form this guy. Who harasses a lost customer over a 40k purchase?
